Many transit systems, automotive shops, manufacturers and suppliers have dealt with employee shortages and high turnover rates. In addition, supply chain issues, increasing payroll expenses and the inability to attract new, young talent have compounded these problems. Transit Technical was founded by a 17 year veteran of the transportation industry in 2020, just before the beginning of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Since then, Transit Technical has branched out to automotive shops, dealerships, transit agencies, suppliers, OEMs, manufacturers and the aerospace community to offer staffing and on-site contracting in the skilled-trade marketplace.
